What is the most convenient way to travel from the airport to the venue?
Shuttle vans are available from the airport to the accommodations and the venue. Alternatively, participants arriving at Khon Kaen International Airport can use airport taxis or app-based transportation services.

Khon Kaen offers a variety of cultural, artistic, and lifestyle attractions. Recommended tourist spots can be found on the website under the Travel section.

Do I need to register in advance, or can I register on-site?
Participants who register online and complete payment can check in at the Science Park, Khon Kaen University, during February 5-7, 2026.

Please bring your registration information and payment proof to the registration desk to receive your name badge.

 

What is the recommended time for on-site registration?
On-site registration is available from 08:00 AM to 08:30 AM.

 

Can I request a receipt or tax invoice after payment?
Receipts or tax invoices can be requested at the registration desk during the event.
